Job Description: As a Landscape Foreman at Floyd's Lawn & Landscape, LLC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing landscaping projects and ensuring the successful execution of our services. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, manage resources efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all landscaping work adheres to industry standards and meets the quality expectations of our clients.

Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate and maintain a variety of landscaping tools and machinery.

Client Interaction: Maintain professional and positive communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and environmental practices, ensuring a secure and eco-friendly work environment.

Training and Development: Facilitate the training and development of your team members, fostering growth and skill improvement.

Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory, materials, and supplies needed for projects.

Report Generation: Prepare regular reports on project progress, team performance, and resource utilization.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Landscape Foreman or in a similar leadership role in the landscaping industry.

Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Possession of CDL is preferred.
